He also served as an angel investor in an array of early-stage technology companies, developing a keen understanding of best practices across different technology sectors.

Dima is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales who has dealt with large-scale, international cases. He started his career in a boutique City law firm and then joined the Dispute Resolution team at Gordon Dadds, now Ince Gordon Dadds. He has acted for high-net-worth clients providing strategic legal advice in contentious and commercial matters.

Kerry co-founded IQ Capital in 2006 and has over 20 years deep-tech venture capital experience. Originally with BDO Stoy Hayward, she joined Venture Technologies in 1998, investing in the first wave of UK deep-tech companies and has focussed on deep tech early stage technology over her five funds which invest from seed to £30m to portfolio outperformers.

Andreas is experienced and recognized Cyber & Risk expert, business owner, board advisor and investor who has experience in operating within complex global business environments. Someone who lived in several international business hubs including London, New York, Frankfurt, Sydney and Zurich. Andreas has more than 25 years of experience and knowledge in his area of expertise.

Sara has over a decade of experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology companies across a variety of industries including Fintech, HRtech and AI/Machine Learning. A marketing leader familiar with the UK, US, EMEA and APAC markets, she has launched partner marketing initiatives with global leaders like Microsoft, Nike, and SAP.

Yann holds a DPhil in theoretical astrophysics (York) and has worked in applied mathematical research in Bayesian statistics and game, graph, and optimisation theories. Yann specialises in performance-critical algorithm implementation through to high-level application architectures.

Matt has led partnerships and operations on a global scale. His experience includes consulting for a royal decree company in Dubai, organizing the first-ever women’s professional event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, implementing commercial initiatives in Ireland, and most recently spearheading business development for a US-based healthcare company.

Michael has in-depth experience in cross-platform game development, web applications, communication protocols, and server-side solutions. He has a strong interest and background in language theory, cryptography and algorithms. On the side, he is also an avid student of machine learning and the research to understand neural networks. Michael lives in London with his wife and dog, Loki.

Dmitry has deep experience designing products for big tech and startups alike. He joins the team from Badoo, one of the largest social networks in the world with almost 500M users. Working as a senior product designer, he designed products across portfolio companies such as Bumble, Chappy and Lumen. On the side, he has worked as a design consultant for Loóna (Google Play App of the Year 2020), Locals.org and a multitude of other high-growth companies.

Dima has broad experience with DevOps related tech, orchestration methodologies, infrastructure as code and distributed systems. He’s used to build multi-cloud infrastructure from the ground up, setting up processes and automation for just about anything, especially really diverse workload, including blockchain.
